The
Principal and Staff of Fairview Primary School place great importance
on sports to help develop the child as a whole. Senior football
practice takes place each Tuesday afternoon from 3pm until 4.30pm
and is taken by Mr. Kennedy and Mr. Scroggie |

Each
year an under 11 and an under 10 team participate in local leagues,
cup competitions and tournaments, allowing the children to experience
both the 7-a-side and 11-a-side game. Over the past numbers of years
we have performed extremely well in these competitions, having won
the Ulster Bank Cup, Newtownabbey Cup and the Ballyclare & District
7-a-side League on various occasions. |

| We have won several tournaments over the past few years also, including the Ballyclare Mayfair tournament, the Mayfair Youth Club tournament and PSNI indoor tournament. |  |

We
aim to continue this success in 2012 as we participate in all local
